Q: Are you an emergency care facility?
A: Yes, we handle emergencies and schedule appointments during our regular business hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Please call us asap in an emergency.
Q: What if you're closed during an emergency?
A: After hours, we recommend the Veterinary Emergency Group in San Ramon at (925) 718-7771.
Q: What types of payment are accepted at the Sexton Clinic?
A: We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as cash and personal checks with a valid ID.
Q: Why are you closed from 11am-2pm?
A: We schedule our surgeries between 11am and 2pm but see new and existing patients in the mornings and afternoons.
Q: Is there a waiting list at the Sexton Clinic?
A: Scheduling a visit is the easiest way to see Dr. Sexton. Appointments are scheduled M-F from 8:30am-11:00am and 2:00pm-5:00pm. Call early, as appointments may become available due to cancellations.
